What we collect

Golf Courses Ireland is built to work without user accounts. The planner is stored in your browser using local storage and is not sent to us.

If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include in that email, such as your email address and the correction or feedback you send.

Location

The "Use my location" feature asks your browser for permission so the map can place a radius around your current area. Your location is used in your browser for the map view and is not stored by Golf Courses Ireland.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand anonymous site usage, such as page views and general traffic patterns. Plausible does not use tracking cookies.

Third-party services

The map uses OpenStreetMap map tiles and related Leaflet map scripts. Hosting and database services may process standard technical data needed to serve the website, such as IP address and request logs.
